Project Superintendent:
Summary: Join our dynamic team as a Commercial General Contractor Superintendent, where your leadership and construction expertise will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of commercial projects. As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities, managing subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Communication – Liaison for project team, subs and clients, Provide project updates and milestones.
- Problem Solving - Proactive Communication, Experiential Foresight, Conflict Resolution.
- Quality Control – Process Execution Verification, Attention to Detail, Collaboration.
- Safety Compliance – Prioritization of Safety Protocol, Mitigation of Known Hazards.
Fundamental Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in a commercial construction environment.
- Lead work teams and partners toward building excellence and mutually beneficial results.
- Collaborate and manage multiple subs and project deadlines with key milestones effectively.
- Competency and diligence with project software tools and reporting updates.
