Key Performance Indicators:
- Consultative Communication – Engage effectively with employees and management, facilitating open dialogue and addressing HR-related growth initiatives.
- Advanced Analytical Skills – Analyze workforce metrics, assess employee needs, and recommend strategies for employee development and retention.
- Team Collaboration – Work closely with cross-functional teams to align with business objectives, fostering a culture of collaboration.
- Attention to Detail – Conduct thorough reviews of HR policies, procedures, and employee records to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Leadership – Mentor and support management team members, guiding them in best practices and support effective employee management.
- Timeliness – Efficiently manage employment processes, performance reviews, retention and engagement activities, meeting deadlines and optimizing resources.
Fundamental Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in Human Resources management, preferably in a fast-paced or dynamic environment.
- Ability to strategize, operate tactically and balance priorities working hand in hand with the management team.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, labor relations, and HR best practices.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS, Microsoft Office Suite).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for conflict resolution and negotiation.
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, or a related field is preferred.
